Future And A hope ministries' History

Future And A Hope Ministries Inc. began with a great desire to help children who long for parents. This desire started in the heart of our founder Christina Hans at the age of 13.

At the age of 25 The Lord confirmed that her desire should be directed to having an orphanage in India.

where the need is greatest. We will carry on our small family model that is so effective in not only providing for the physical needs of the children, but their emotional and spiritual ones as well.

A greater vision

The houseparents received training and started the children on their journey to healing!

The children were successfully reunited with their family of origin in 2016 after their father left his drug addiction, remarried and became able to provide for his family.

Soon after the marriage of Philips & Christina in mid 2009 in the United States, Welcome House for Children in Punjab was launched.

Philips' parents, Rev. Om Parkash Hans & Usha Rani Hans served there as loving and committed houseparents from 2009 to 2016.

In our pilot home, important lessons were learned in child development and how best to approach the behaviors of children who have been through neglect and loss.
